To make it easy for you to pay for your treatment we provide a wide selection of secure and safe payment options. Including all major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
• We endeavour to offer appointments at your earliest convenience and at busy times we operate a waitlist in an effort to provide help when you need it.
• If you are unable to make your appointment PLEASE let us know as soon as possible so that we may offer your slot to someone else in need.
• We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you fail to arrive and have not given sufficient notice, the full treatment fee will be charged.
• If you need to move your appointment we require 24 hours notice and we will be happy to offer an alternative. If you fail to give us notice, cancel your appointment on the same day or simply don't turn up you will be charged a full fee of the appointment.
• We will always make every effort to accommodate late arrivals but this may not always be possible if it causes inconvenience to other patients. In these cases, we will treat late arrivals as cancellations without notice and they will therefore be subject to the same penalties.
• Cancellations can be made 9 am until 7 pm Monday to Saturday, out of hours messages will not be accepted.
